What IT problems do you support for SMEs?
We manage the support, workstations, network, servers, backups, and IT security of your SME. We also provide IT consulting services: choosing your business software, architecture of your information system, and strategic IT decisions.
Do you provide on-site or remote support?
Both. We provide remote support when possible and on-site support when the situation requires it.
Do you offer an IT support contract for SMEs?
Yes. We provide ongoing monitoring, preventative maintenance and support for your IT environment.
What are your areas of service?
We primarily operate in Lausanne and its surroundings, as well as throughout the Lake Geneva region and the North Vaudois. Depending on your needs, we also travel across the canton of Vaud, as well as to Geneva, Fribourg and Neuchâtel.
Can we switch IT service providers without disrupting our business?
Yes. We are organising a clear and gradual transition to minimise the impact on your teams as much as possible.
Do you need computer skills to work with Nimag?
